Return Policy

Enjoy shopping with the following return policy features:

- You have 30 days to return the products sold after receipt Shipping cost will be added through the returns in your customer account or by calling customer service number (02-26109359) or via email support@tejarra.com.
- If the item have a defective, does not work properly, does not match the description of the site, is fake, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipment, you have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for free, and the value of the item will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 working days (see item refunds below).
- When returning the product, make sure that all the accessories and labels for the order are in their proper condition and that the product is in its original package in the correct condition in which it was received and that the package is closed by the factory sealed (in the case of replacement within 30 days) as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories. If you create a password for the device that you want to retrieve, please make sure to remove it, otherwise the request will not be completed correctly for products that show manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase and applies if they are returned and received with all the inclusions, as well as the inclusions in the offers such as included gifts with the products or Exceptional accessories labels and packaging of the device in its receiving conditions.

Some products cannot be returned and they are:

• Damaged Products (excluding transportation damage)
• Products that are not in their original packaging
• Products that do not include all accessories
• Electronic software licenses (ESD)
• Unsealed products from the following product groups: Consumables (mobile and computer accessories, ink cartridges, etc.)
• Health and hygiene products (headphones, shavers, etc.)
• A program with a user activation number
• Broken sealed books, DVDs, and software
• Products used to prepare or store food (blenders, electric pans, etc.)

How to return a product:

1- Product return request:
You can make a request to return the product through the returns in your customer account or by calling customer service number (02-26109359) or via email support@tejarra.com.

2- Arrange the delivery date for the return:
The customer service team will follow up and examine your return request and communicate with you within (3-5 working days) to determine the date of pickup the product to be returned, or inform you of the nearest branch to deliver the product within a period of (2-3 working days) and in the event of non-delivery Product within the specified time the order is considered canceled and we require you to re-order the order.

3- Preparing and delivering the return:
Re-packaging the item in its original cover, and then hand it over to the representative of the transport company. Make sure that all the accessories and stickers for the request are in their proper condition, that the product is in its original packaging in the correct condition in which it was received, and that the package is closed by the factory sealed (in the case of replacement within 30 days) as well as the inclusions in case If the product includes gifts or exceptional accessories. 4- Product value refund:
We will review the product upon its arrival at our warehouse and refer to its condition. In the product being subject to the terms of return described above, it will be reached with you to refund the value of the product, either by refunding the value in your wallet in the customer's account or refund the value to your bank account:
1. If the amount will be returned to your credit / debit card: This will be done within thirty (30) days from the day we receive the returned product at our Customer Goods Preparation Center.
2. If the amount will be returned to your electronic wallet, we will return the amount immediately after we receive the product at our customer goods preparation center, and the product is examined by us, or if you cancel the purchase order before the shipping date, the amount will be returned to you automatically.

(This will require providing us with your bank account number with the same name of the customer and the account from which the value was paid during the purchase process to return the amount to it),

The return value will be the same as the paid value (for example, if a product was purchased during an offer with 25 pounds and the value of the product after the offer is 50 pounds, the value that was purchased with it will be returned which is only 25 pounds).
